BTW if Georgia wins does it guarantee them a spot in the CFP?

And Georgia wins. Wonderful game but what a torturous game to lose for GT fans. Did Bobby Dodd make a mistake taking GT out of the SEC? Probably a 10-2 team this year if they stayed…

Crazy game. I thought Ga Tech should have been called for pass interference in the 3rd or 4th OT. They're all blurred together at this point.

Anyone watch the Iowa game? How did they win with only making 5 first downs the entire game and starting their 4th string QB?

Well, it certainly didn’t end like the Alabama/Oklahoma game. I’m still not sure how UGA came back after looking so inept for the first 3 quarters.

Interesting development out on The Farm....

Andrew Luck is returning to his alma mater to become the general manager of the Stanford football program, he told ESPN's Pete Thamel.

"I'm excited," Luck told ESPN. "I think Stanford is taking an assertive and innovative step. We're undoubtedly the best athletic department in college sports. We have to re-prove it in football, and we're excited to be part of that challenge."

The 35-year-old Luck, who quarterbacked the Cardinal from 2008-2011 and was a two-time Heisman Trophy finalist, is going back "home" for this newly created role that will put him atop the program's hierarchy. The GM job will see Luck involved in everything Stanford football related, including handling the coaching staff, player personnel staff, recruiting and roster management.

Andrew Luck hired as general manager of Stanford's football program

Barring a massive collapse it will be Penn State vs Oregon in the Big 10 Championship game.

Can't believe that Elko didn't kick the FG, got stuffed and that's a turnover.

Well, it’s out of our hands now. I personally don’t think Alabama deserves to be in the playoffs but there are several teams that I don’t belong there either. So after next Saturday, we will see.

Interesting that Sark is inserting Arch into the game this early. He's got a TD run and is back in on 2nd and 6 in the Red Zone.

Longhorns stone the Aggies at the goal line. Rematch with Georgia next week.

Longhorns stuff the Aggies in a goal line stand and it's looking bleak for teh Ag's. Texas has done it's best on offense to keep the Ag's close though with some critical mistakes. Longhorns are running the ball very well tonight.

Longhorns win , ran the ball well and played great defense. Didn't score much though only 17 points.

The rematch with Georgia should be a doozy.

B12 is set with Arizona State vs Iowa State.

    Good nigh!

I guess he figured he wasn't long for the job at UCF. Gus Malzahn resigned and took the OCoord job at FSU with Mike Norvell.

    Congrats Terry.
Haven't watched any ball this season, wasn't going to start last night so can't say how anyone looked.
Heck I don't know any of the players names.
Gotta say... I haven't missed it.
I have a feeling giving up baseball after this season will be harder.

I had to chuckle at some of those names. Chip Kelly, he left a good job to be an OCoord why would he go back fo a worse job. Rich Rod, oh please. :D
