Wow Alabama survives. Saban can't be happy, kp can't be happy other than it's a win!

    Yesterday?
Jimbo won't. Hell he will say this game justifies his faith all along.

I see that Kentucky lost today that's 2 in a row takes the buzz off the great start to the season for them.

Apparently their QB was the heart of their team. Without him it's bad times.

I see that Iowa failed to score an offensive TD, again, in their loss to Illinois.

Yeah it's a win but it does not bode well for the game next week. Against Texas we had 15 penalties. Against A&M we had 4 turnovers. That's not championship caliber execution.

Another crazy and unpredictable Saturday of college football. No one seems to be a guaranteed winner this season. Ohio State managed over 600 yards of offense at MSU. Stroud with six more passing TDs and one pick six for the Spartans due to a miscommunication between Stroud and one of his receivers. More injuries at running back but reserves stepped in and did a great job of keeping the rushing game in tact.

Bye week can't come too fast.....we actually had a WR getting carries from the RB position yesterday with Henderson getting re-dinged and Williams out and not making the trip. Hope the bye week allows us to get some kids healthy and back on the field.

PS....no thanks KP, you can keep it! ;)

As all teams deal with injuries, like Alabama with Young and Ohio State with several stars who have been limited by injuries. But those same teams have recruited so well that while the replacement players don't have the same experience, they are still amongst the best players coming to College football when recruited.

The top teams not only have good starters they have highly recruited players behind them just waiting for their opportunities to step up and shine.

Terry, you're exactly right. The next guy has to step up. A National Championship team should be able.to overcome the loss.of any one player.

Yeah in virtually every sport you have to overcome injuries. Plus you almost always have to win one or two that maybe you got a bit lucky.

Kentucky hasn't overcome the loss of Will Levis. They don't have a former top 100 player as a backup.

Tide have 2 this season, that Texas game was oh so close to a loss and so was last night.

Georgia didn't blow out Kent State or Missouri. Maybe not lucky wins but much closer than expected.

Ohio State was supposed to blowout the Irish and ended up in a dog fight.
