    The NCAA has an agenda only known to itself. Can anyone explain the transfer situation? Who is or is not on probation or even investigated sometimes seems to be decided by some very curious criteria.

    With limited enforcement powers, the NCAA has a real problem. Unfortunately they have made some really bad decisions in the past. Need I say more?
