Thanks Scott. Beilein's teams usually have excellent guards and, this year, our guards play great defensively. Reallly hurt the Aggies that their best two PGs were unavailable as the frosh PGs who played were overwhelmed.

2 #9 seeds make it to the Elite 8. FSU beats Gonzaga and Kansas State beats Kentucky. Talk about a mismatch of future NBA talent, Kentucky has 5 guys and Kansas State has none.

    :?

I thought TA&M would crush UM. I'm glad I didn't fill out a form; it would have been too humiliating this year. I've been wrong about nearly every, single game. Does anybody really know what's going on?

one half of my bracket has been aflame since the start of the tournament. The other half is alive and well.

Didn't watch the game but apparently Loyola Chicago just thrashed KSU and are on to the Final Four.

First choice for me to win is Villanova if they make it after that it's Loyola.

Congrats to Bobda and his Wolverines on making the Final Four. If you guys win today in Hockey you would have a Final Four and a Frozen Four team.

In fact if Ohio State also wins then 3 of the 4 Frozen Four slots will come from our B1G Hockey League! :)

Sister Jean is quite a lady isn't she? She certainly seems to enjoy watching the team play basketball. :)

    Thanks Terry,

Looks like an ND-M match up in the Frozen 4 and, if things hold up, it looks like the Buckeyes will be there also playing Minn-Duluth.

Well it's set, Bobda's Michigan Wolverines vs The Villanova Wildcats.

Should be a great game. Michigan is on a great run and their German import is potentially the MVP of the Final Four should UM win on Monday night.

    Congrats to Bobda!

Thanks Terry. The euphoria about getting to the championship game faded after watching the first 5 minutes of Villanova-Kansas.

M will defend Nova better than Kansas did but the big question is will we be able to generate enough offense to keep pace with Villanova. So far this tournament, our defense has carried us. Only in the game against A&M did we shoot the ball well.

M far exceeded expectations this year and M has an outstanding tactical coach who finds a way of beating teams with far more talent. But, Villanova is a beast.

I was not able to watch the entire game, but the officials were letting the players play! There were a number of fouls that regularly would have been called in the B!G TEN. A lot of bodies are going to be sore this morning. Congratulations on a great win Bobda!

I picked Villanova to win it all because they can just make it rain all day long.

Still, Michigan has a tight defense and should be more competitive than Kansas was in their contest.
