Auburn beats OSU 4-3, and takes the final slot in the 2022 CWS.
    Let's get it on!

    AJ, you are THE MAN!
Any other year and I'd sneak up there and beg you to let me go with you, but I've got so damned many things up in the air right now there's just no way.
Hope you get to see the Aggies and Irish!

One of Scott's boys has been dumped for using the "Horns down sign"!:oops:

A national anthem singer says his performance at the Men's College World Series has been canceled because he made the Horns Down gesture before a Women's College World Series semifinal between Texas and Oklahoma State.

Zach Collier, a 27-year-old U.S. history teacher in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and a Texas A&M alumnus, posted this week on Facebook that his performance was nixed.

Collier also posted screenshots of emails purportedly from the College World Series of Omaha, Inc., which said it was contacted by the NCAA because "we have documented proof that he made offensive gestures and mockery of a participating team ... and we do not feel comfortable allowing him to perform."

Looks like Clemson will be poaching the Michigan baseball coach, Erick Bakich.

Clemson's search for a baseball coach appears to be coming to an end.

Clemson athletics director Graham Neff reportedly has offered the job to Michigan coach Eric Bakich and a deal could be announced as early as Wednesday.

Clemson baseball coaching search now focused on Michigan's Erik Bakich

Link Jarrett has been named Coach of the Year by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association.

Well deserved and very happy for him. However, one more step out the door to FSU. Can't blame him if they offer and he accepts.

I just got in, and hadn't looked... I assume this means the lack of pitching is not working out for us?

C'mon Irish, keep it up. You know I want a shot to send the Orange scourge back to Austin!

Gotta admit, I like that little "Jump-boom" thing your kids do after the home run!

    Alright alright alright...
Now the Aggies can finish off the horns, and then come out of the loser's bracket for more wins.

Congrats Irish fans, you're in a stellar position.

Irish win! 7-3. Freshman Jack Findlay shuts down the Longhorns to finish it off. Typical Irish offensive of small ball, defense and a couple of bombs.

    Scott gets his wish!

A couple of the baseball guys on ESPNU, say Ole Miss is the hottest team out there and they wouldn't be surprised if they won it all.

I'm not sure who to bet on. The bats seem to be on fire for some right now.
The Hawgs clubbed the Trees like baby seals pretty much from the starters gun.
We'll see if Ole Piss is still hot when the meet up with old friends from the Plains this evening...
