Even the best college teams don't have the quality of depth that NFL teams do..... except for Bama..... sometimes. I suspect that with those LBs back Clemson is going to see a much different Tide defense in Jan. than they would have seen this week or that Auburn saw a couple of weeks ago. I can't stand bad ref calls impacting games and it's annoying to see major games impacted by the randomness of injuries like the one Colt McCoy suffered early in the game vs. Bama back in 2010.
Hey I was very vocal as I am sure you recall about McCoy's injury impact on the game back in 2010. Once in awhile you may find a Cardale Jones on the bench but more often there's a Feliepe Franks.
Preaching to the choir, Texas was the better team with Colt McCoy as the QB, with the true freshman who had played very little, they were not. But that's football.
Weird it's only happening to you. I've had duplicates and I think we all have but they are always with in seconds of one another when I hit enter too many times and the board isn't responding then when it finally responds I have 2 posts.
100% graduation for your 2010 class is awesome. Congrats to the kids, they are the ones who made it happen by going to class, taking advantage of the academic support that is available. What if we had had the playoffs since back in 1988? Here is speculation on who would have made the playoffs in each year since.
10 times in the playoff for Florida..... one even with Muschamp. That's a pretty decent showing. By contrast I counted Alabama 7 times on that list but add in '14, '15, '16 and '17 and the Tide makes it in 11 times.
I think Clemson and Georgia advance tomorrow. Alabama’s defense is just not good enough to cover for our offense. On the other hand I think UGA defense is good enough.
