Nine registered. Remember, first game is Saturday at 2 p.m. (Eastern I think).

There is no selection in commissioner's tools for deadline to make picks. I would make the assumption that it is 5 minutes before the FIRST game and then be happy that you can make changes to the other games IF it turns out to be 5 minutes before EACH game.

Tom,

This in the general rules site on Yahoo Pick-em:

The deadline to make or change your picks is five minutes before each game is scheduled to begin.

Amazing...I get the 3 games yesterday right (no easy task for me), and they were my bottom 3 in confidence points!

I suck as usual in Bowl Pick'em...missed two that I gave very high points to...got N. Illinois right but low points. Off to my usual start.

I seriously considered just doing the whole thing at random this year. Flipping a coin for winner and picking confidence points out of a hat.

Portends well for the big 10 (I have us going 2-8 ).

Stu, I put a space between the 8 and the ) when there is no space, it comes out as 8) . 2-8) looked a little funny. Tom

How does a ranked, 12 point favorite lose on it's home field to an unranked team that's one of the smallest schools in D1?

Nice job Hawaii, you were also my 29 point pick. Idiots.

I came very close to picking Tulas. The large time zone change for Tulsa and the home field advantage for Hawaii made me turn away from them. Bad choice.

I got that one right. Out here in the west, we see Hawaii games late at night, so I had seen them several times. They weren't that good and I was shocked that they were ranked. They didn't deserve it. Furthermore, Hawaii always has major problems in recruiting, because of the distance involved. They're thousands of miles from California, which is the nearest state that plays big-time high school football. Recruits love to take the trip to Hawaii, but then they sign with some other school. The quality of recruits that Hawaii gets from this area are usually third tier with academic problems from places like Fontana...
