Heard on radio this am that the two sides have settled Briles' contract. It's reasonable to assume there are provisions on both sides requiring silence, but who knows?

I'm with JO'Co on the rules.

I don't buy that Freeze knew nothing.

Baylor's woes continue to benefit Texas. Another Baylor signee from Feb who was released from his LOI has decided on Texas. This makes the 4th Baylor pledge from 2016 to decide on Texas. 3 of them are studs, the other is a brother of the stud and good player as well.

Strong has a monster class now, up to 28 kids and the services now continually update their rankings. Texas has the #3 class for 2016 on Scout and Rivals has us at #7.

Hopefully Strong will be around to coach'em I don't think he has to beat ND on Labor Day but he has to look respectable and then he has to beat all his non-conference foes. There is a lot of optimism around the Texas program. They feel like with new QB Shane Buechle, even though a true freshman, that they finally have a winner and that with Foreman and Warren at RB that there isn't many schools with a better duo at RB.

Sports success brings money to the university. Mone and corruption are often in bed together.
