I fully expect Joe Girardi to be relieved of his duties after Cleveland finishes us off.

He gave that game to the Indians lsst night.

When did AJ become a Indians fan? I would think he be rooting for his old NLC rivals, the Astros!

Well the high flying Astros came crashing back to earth yesterday in Fenway Park. That catch by Betts stealing a 3 run homer from Reddick was the key play in the game. It'd been 6-0 if he doesn't grab that out of the stands.

re: Houston v Boston Game #4

Tied in the 8th. Both sides throwing the kitchen sink. This is wonderful baseball.

    Sale vs. Verlander

Astros win 5-4. Incredible that the Astros had to go to Verlander, I get that Boston was fighting for it's life so I can understand bringing on Sale as he didn't throw that many innings in game 2.

Glad to get the win, bring on the Indians/Yankees!

    re: Astros

Both managers melted down in this one. The Astros manager had a brain freeze and the Sox manager got himself tossed out!

The Schwarber Curse! The next 108 years begins now...

Dodgers sweep the Snakes! Three rookies started for the Dodgers and two of them hit HRs. Both of them, Barnes and Bellinger are from Arizona...

I don't know why people think Yankee fans are obnoxious ..... Rated R for language.

I'm kind of torn with the Cleveland/Yankees series. I like the Indians, they have a great team, the Yankee's I have never liked going back to my day's as a Dodger fan, but the Astros have had more success this year with them than they have with the Indians.

If the Astros don't go to the WS, I'd rather have it be because the Indians were going.

What's going on with the Nat's, Dusty Baker and Stephen Strasburg? He's pitching, he's not pitching, he doesn't feel good, WTF? Latest I've seen is that he's pitching, but it seems like something else is going on between him and Dusty or maybe management...has he been asking for more money/contract extension.

Everything kind of depends on Kluber and if the last game was just an aberration. Sabathia is good but I think the Tribe can get to him. Encarcion is back tonight thankfully.

Pretty shocking that the Indians lost last night. But now the Astros have home field advantage at least. We fared much better vs the Yankee's during the season but these Yankees are hot and that's the way to enter the post season, hot and on a roll.

Strasburg over comes all the talk around him pitching or not pitching and throws a gem to force game 5 for the Cubs/Nats.

There's still room on the Yankee bandwagon for non-believers....but it'll cost you 250$ to park your car and 1500$ for you spot on the tailend of the bandwagon! :)

There is still a lot of buzz that he will leave at the end of the season. I think everyone was incensed by the loss and his press conference where he really waffled. But the next day he took full ownership of his gaffe and his players rallied around him.

Bottom line: you look around the league and there are not too many guys with his resume.

    On to Houston!
