Tennessee Tom, <Where did you get that avatar of the white box with the red "x" in it?> I did not see that one, must have been one of many endeavors, trying to upload an avatar! Sometimes it taks us Seniors a little longer! Don
Don, It still looks that way to me. Are you linking to a subscrption only site? Does anyone else see Don's avatar?
Don's avatar is the only one that does not display on my system whether I am on at work, home, or mobile. Does anyone else have this issue with Don's avatar?
OK... I right clicked on the avatar and selected properties. I highlighted and copied the link to the avatar. I pasted it into the address line of my brouser. It displayed. I came back here and now it is displaying properly on my work system in the Skybox. Any thoughts from anyone on what was happening?
Tennessee Tom, Strange as it has always shown up fine for me, once I linked to the appropriate site. http://www.redszone.com/forums/images/avatars/osu.gif I use an Apple Computer and OSX.4 (Tiger) the latest operating system. Wonder if that has something to do with the situation? Don
I don't know... I just shut down my work computer, brought it back up, and the white box was back. I pasted the address in: http://www.redszone.com/forums/images/avatars/osu.gif It displayed. I came back here and it is showing up again. Let's wait to see if anyone else is seeing this phenom.
Just now, I used the link in both your post and mine and neither will display the picture. Again, let's see if anyone else is having this problem.
I don't see Don's .gif either. Also don't even see the white box with the x. But I'm using FireFox and You are using IE, however even when I fire up IE and access this site I don't see anything for Don. Terry
Also when I click on the url in Don's message above I get this error message. Tom if one of us can save Don's image to our own webspace then give Don the new URL so he can delete his current image and then use the new url I'll bet that will solve the problem Terry
Tom & Terry, This is really strange, as my avatar shows up fine on my browser. I use Safari, which is the default browser for Macs. Don
Hey Don, Try linking to this: http://home.earthlink.net/~tbmccord/osu.gif That should display: The file name is case sensitive.
