You say potato, I say po-tah-to. Either way I think we all can agree it was stupid.

MCG...I agree with you 100%...that is deplorable.

Having said that, I'm sure it goes on all the time, from almost every team...kind of makes you sympathetic with coaches who try to cover up injury reports, doesn't it?

Have to say that I would be in agreement with a coach hiding his team's injuries if this is the kind of b/s that results otherwise.

Tebow has nothing to worry about. What a dumb remark. As for Stafford, The Gators defense so far this year hasn't really been anything great that he needs to worry about. He's just not very good. I expected a whole lot better from him. He's his worst enemy. Gators in a romp.

The Gator defense has been very un-champion-like if championships are won with defense.

On the upside however was the 6 sacks and many pressures on Woodson last week for Florida in Lexington compared to the vaunted LSU defense who registered zero sacks vs. Kentucky the week before.

Well, it's raining now but forecast has it clearing by tomorrow with temps in the mid 70s, humidity down to the mid 60%, and change of rain about 30% and dropping into the evening.

I wish I had Tailgate's confidence in the outcome of this game. My fear is the UF pass defense will not cover Bailey, Moreno, and Chandler. I just hope Tebow is healthy and Dan Mullen finds a way to better utilize Cornelius Ingram.

I hope I am not prophetic but CI has to stop dropping critical passes like the one vs. Ky last week.

He is an Antonio Gates type TE but his hands need improvement to make it in the bigs.

I don't remember a drop by CI. I recall where he was open in the right flat ... about 10 yard line and TT overthrew him ... and I remeber Jarrod Fayson dropping one on a crossing route where he looked away just as the ball hit his hands. I think these were on the same scoring drive as the jump pass to Hernandez for a TD.

This game worries me if for no other reason than the Dawgs have a lot to want to get back at Florida for.

But I do like our chances in this game and the rest of the season.

    But one at a time.

    Go Gators

Gaterz I think it was CI who dropped the second pass in the endzone vs. Ky after Kestahn Moore dropped his.

Okay, I didn't recall that one.

Any word on the wether in Jax?? I'm in Cedar Key and the wind's blowing hard and sky is overcast. I hope the wind is calmer in Jax so Tebow can pass for 350 yards and 4 TDs (3 to Cornelius Ingram) ... and run for another 2 TDs!!

Man ... I hope UF is able to play some pass defense and slow down K Moreno!!

Teabow certainly is one durable player. If he does go down to injury, what kind of backup is on the squad?

Tebow's backup is a true freshman that is 6 ft 5 in and weighs 240 pounds.

I'd get that backup warmed up.... with Meyer running so much of the offense through Tebow he is liable to spend a lot of his career banged up like this.

Thanks. What a strange year in the SEC. I went to Vegas twice recently and both times UGA cost me money. I had them against SC and now they beat Florida with my money on the Gators. My picks were bad this week. I also had Cal and USC. Ut pushed for me and Ohio State was my only winner.
The craps tables were cold also.

As for the game, Knowshon Moreno is a great back. He's the first one UGA has had that's in the mold of a Garrison Hearst or Rodney Hampton since those two left UGA. What was up with the rushing the field after the TD? What a bunch of crap that was. That was easily the best the WR's and QB have played in the last few years.
