22nd Florida Football Player Arrested Under Urban Meyer

I wish Notre Dame AND Florida would go on probation so that Lane Kiffin can brag about them cheating, beating them for a kid anyway, and not be lying about it.....

 

Here's an update for everyone, especially those who wanted to rush to judgment like elpaso.

Interesting that the lady admitted that when Johnson got on the bus the two of them didn't have eye contact.

Also interesting that it costs only $11 to get the restraining order and it didn't happen until Johnson had a new girl friend. I don't think the new girl friend thing was in the article.

One might like to hope that there would be a little less rush to judgment in cases like this, but that's probably to much to hope for when someone's real agenda is to hate UF or Coach Meyer.

No Rape Charges

No charges — rape or otherwise — will be filed against Carl Johnson

 

I think this outcome is sort of what Corey said happened to somebody that he knows.

 

Glad to hear the young man is free and clear.

I understand what you are saying Corey and do not disagree. I'm sure at some point there will be another incident.

However my remark is more meant for those that are ready to rush to judgment and/or those that just love to see a program or a coach have trouble.

Nuff said.

Now Rick asked a question about the other players mentioned whether they were still with the Gators or did the trouble happen while they were gone. Here's a link to one we are not proud of, Jamar Hornsby who was dismissed immediately after he was arrested and who went to Community College in Mississippi and signed with Ole Miss. He was arrested in Starkville for larceny and assult. To bad as he has NFL ability but definitely lacks character. It will be interesting to see what Old Miss does.

Just for those that got such a charge about a Gator getting arrested.

Carl Johnson's legal troubles are over. All charges have been dropped and so has the restraining order. Due process has run its course.

Just thought I would update.

 

Well....thanks for the update but still.....I don't trust that guy or his coach...ESPECIALLY HIS COACH.... :wink: :roll: :lol:
