A couple of weeks ago he fought in some sort of Charity event. I thought well that's nice, glad he didn't get hurt and all that. If I remember correctly he had some NCAA issues that he had to deal with inorder for the fight not to effect his eligbilty. Now I really don't care much for him "turning" pro in boxing even if it's only to be able to fight occassionally. I'd rather he be concentrating on football, and then this summer concentrate on getting in shape for football. I hate to see him risk injury fighting.

It's a hell of a summer job! I night and a 5 figure payoff, but I still don't like it! I think we should send Sid as a stand in. I think he fought all 4 years in the Bengal Bouts from what I remember.

If Duddy's watched ANY game films, he'll open the fight with some play action. Zibby took a standing 8 count on play action all season.

It's funny but it's not funny. This guy got roasted last year on play action all season long. This is nothing more than a distraction. :(

And yet he made a lot of AA Teams, as honorable mention or 3rd team. Go Figure.

He's a great athlete but not a great safety - not yet anyway. He made the AA teams for his long returns for scores not for his consistency of play. Watching last year's game films gives one the impression that the Safeties motto was "Whoops, somebody cover my man". Whether by design or just by player decision game after game the athletic safeties sold out on the run and got caught flat footed by play action.

Get caught flat footed in MSG and you get a face full of canvas.

Tommy Z makes AA because of his persona, who he plays for and his high profile big plays. Don't get me wrong, I love him on the team but he scares the hell out of me at safety. I'd rather see him as a rover back or at the Apache position. I know he's only 208 but he has a nose for the ball and wouldn't get burnt up front.
