ND/Army and Rutgers/Army games were announced for the New Yankee Stadium. Only problem is that a football field doesn't really fit into Yankee Stadium. Here's a link to the article and the proposed solution.

Personally I don't want to play Army, and I never wanted to play them in a baseball Stadium. I don't care about the great history of ND/Army in Yankee Stadium. Football in baseball stadiums is terrible. From the infield dirt to the sight lines, it's just a bad idea.

Playing within the city of NY is special. It's bad enough that they have to build "football only" stadiums outside the city for the fussy who don't like football in baseball stadiums. I'm sure the New Yankee Stadium will be more confortable than football stadiums like the old Orange Bowl dump.

If I remember correctly, the problem with that article is that he's looking at the field the wrong way.

I believe it is going to run from the 1st base dugout to left field. The old Anaheim Stadium use to run that way as well.
