Wow

I have always avoided the Back Room as I felt it was very political and I just didn't want to be involved.

However I just spent the whole evening going through posts, and giving ratings in some cases, and got a whole new view. Very entertaining even with a lot of thoughtful commentary and a lot of stuff that was not political.

Have a whole new view and will visit more often.

One comment that would quote if I could find it again was about the gathering we had in Kansas City for the baseball game. That event lives in my memory also as one of my highlights. Wish we could do something similar again.

Pretty enjoyable, and enlightening, evening for me.

I remember KC too Bill. What I remember most is that Bobda bought.

 

Bobda drove me around. I think we got lost. He had a bad navigator.

 

Wish I could have made that meeting in KC.
Did enjoy meeting Mike, and seeing Stu along with my boy Ralph a few years ago.
Got to have lunch with Ralph when we were down a few weeks ago. I didn't make a deal of it cuz I didn't want any of you to feel obligated to take any risks. Ralph and I have both survived the "plague", so no prob there.

 

Navigator only spoke *Texan* so some communication problems arose.
