    Very interesting the article says it is to police Chinese nationals committing telecommunications fraud. While I am for keeping a close eye this stuff as it's clear China is a big player in global computer type of fraud and spying. Still I hope we never grant them any power in the USA.

    As I recall thousands of Chinese fled Hong Kong when the CCP took over. Many settled in Vancouver which was nicknamed for a while Honcouver. I wonder how many of these "Chinese Nationals" fled from Hong Kong.
