Been reading a lot of very harsh criticism of Muschump over on Gators news and message boards.

    Love this comment:

"At least now I know how Urban Meyer felt. Mush is giving me chest pains and I had to pop a couple of Xanax and a pint of Jack to get through the fourth quarter of the Bama game........."

The prevailing thoughts are that Muschamp.... in spite of his protestations otherwise.... has regurgitated the same ol offense while trotting out a defense that is porous in the secondary.

His stubborness not to make a switch at Qb is rankling quite a few fans.

If all of this keeps up there's no way he survives maybe even the end of the season.

I can see potentially 4 more losses for the Gators this season. Of course upsets do happen. But will 6-5 get Muschamp another year? What if FSU mudstomps you guys in the last game of the season? Too much for big money Gator Alums and Foley to allow Muschamp to come back?

But you never know, Muschamp has recruited well and there is talent on the Gator roster...maybe they rally and get an upset of LSU and So.Carolina at home. 8-3 would be hard to fire.

    Muschamp has recruited well.

Unfortunately Mack Brown must have mentored him though in how to use/misuse great talent.

I think the pupil was paying too much attention.... :(

8-3 with a team that plays well in the two other losses would probably keep Chump around.... but by the slimmest of threads if he loses to Ga. and FSU as those two losses.

Lose those two and another one.... going 7-4 and looking like crap in doing so and I think he's gone.
