30 day suspension docked 169K in pay...pretty harsh. That 30 days means the team will prepare for the season without their head coach. Personally I think the penalty is too harsh, it penalizes the Hawaii players as much as it does the coach and that's not fair. Hit him in the pocket book, community service, etc but let him continue to coach.

They use the term 'faggot' about once every 15 minutes. I have several black friends who drop N bombs all day long.. I have a friend who is both.. He uses both terms.. There is a hypocrisy in society. Oddly enough, the people who seem to be the most over the top about these things are straight men and women.
