Where have you been lad!! 65 opening round of the British Open, outstanding. Maybe he's finally going to get that major he lacks.

    Tiger had a nice 69 today, Angel Caberra had a 68, K.J. Choi had a 69.

I can't wait to get home and see the replays!!

If I'm not mistaken, the last time the Open was at Carnustie the first round leader shot 86 the second round and didn't make the cut. Having been humbled by that course, I'm amazed at how those guys can shoot below par. These guys are good!
    Hey where's AJ these days?

Serigo is looking pretty strong after two rounds. This may well be his tournament to lose?

After three rounds, Sergio seems to be in control.

I will be rooting for him to win his first major!

He was very solid today. That new putter has really made a difference for him. I thought early on that K.J. Choi would keep it close but he hit it in the trap on #7 off the tee while Sergio stiped it down the middle 20 yds past him.

I have a feeling that he won't collapse and somebody will have to go really low to catch him.

Replay of Van der Wildes fateful 18th was painful to watch.
