    A little change up from our way too political back room...A couple pics from the old citrus grove and a small segment of everyday life beyond the quest for a dollar or two. This is a Burrowing Owl nest with their brood almost grown up. Very cool bird that I admire in my daily travels and enjoy their company...

    Negative and I meant to add that to my rambling as it was a close friend who also is one of my salesmen. His "hobby" is many octaves above my ability to take a picture and as he says it's all about the editing these days...These were taken yesterday

    Yeah they are a bit different than other owls and extremely small in comparison. They do this head bob up and down when they are agitated and almost sound like they are hissing at you...

    I think it is missing one leg, I kept thinking one was pulled up tight but it looks like it's not there.
