Not a cat lover per se...I just keep bringing them in when it's below zero and strays come a callin'. We have had four (max three at one time). All were rescues of one type or another. We had a dog while the kids were growing up...putting her down when she got old and sick was so painful I don't think I could do it again.

Down to one cat now, and no more. My wife loves her kitty but we want to be pet free...plus I'm allergic to cats...how smart is that?

I took in a little stray kitten two winters ago...and my wife made me go out and find it a home...which I did.
