Very similar to that other article that was posted a week or so ago. Maybe there will be some movement. Remember last year when Machen was pushing for some kind of playoff, he went to the SEC first and it was voted down. Adams voted against it then. Now he's had a revelation since Georgia was left out. The difference is that Machen was pushing the issue a year ago after the Gators won the Championship. I guess it's nice to see that Adams had a change of heart. :? :?
Yeah that Adams has pretty good timing eh? 8) In any event I like this idea of plus one because we at least would get one chance to gauge teams around bowl time. Some teams when given time to get healthy ( like LSU ) played more to their full potential at bowl time and were able to distinguish themselves. There will still be some left holding the bag even with a plus one but at least the public would feel more like there was a true NC game to determine the champion.
