They were expected to maybe Challenge for the B10 Title, seemed to have a favorable schedule getting Ohio State early in the season at home at night, etc. Yet they are just not a good football team, they haven't been a good team from day 1 when they had to struggle against a bad Syracuse team.

Ferentz has recruited very well and Drew Tate is a Sr, I expected more. Losing to Northwestern was a shocker to me, and while I didn't watch the game it seems like it was a solid Northwestern win not a fluke.

What happened to Iowa? Injuries, loss of key staff member in the offseason?

    Terry,

    Good Question!

I think both Iowa and Georgia may have been over rated for this season in the pre season polls?

Don't underestimate Iowa or Purdue. Or you'll be sorry.

Unfortunately, Purdue is pretty easy to estimate this year.

I think we have won zero games against teams with winning records.

So far (could change this week) we are undefeated against teams with losing records.
