What do Stu and Orville Redenbacher have in common?

Both are Purdue Graduates and Both played in the Purdue band!! :lol: :lol:

I don't think Orville had Stu's golf game though! :shock:

I knew old Orville was a Purdue man...didn't know he was in the band.

 

The Food Network did a thing on him, he was quite a guy it turns out. He was a straight A student at Purdue, ran Track and was editor of the Year Book. He spent a lot of time breeding corn...yup that's what they said....to come up with what he thought was the perfect popcorn. Evidently back in those days Purdue was a premium agricultural college....before they got into the engineering and astronaut business. I wonder if the Farmer/Astronaut was a Purdue guy!!

 

Still is, in addition to being exellent in the other disciplines you mentioned.
