    I guess it's that time.

Wish I could say we're gonna kick your butts, but I have a feeling this is going to be a wild one.
Our offense is having no trouble putting up points.
The other side of the ball has been a bit more problematic.
The Aggies are struggling with inexperience at LB, and a lot of disruption in the secondary thanks to some badly timed suspensions.
No quick fixes for any of that.
Wish we had a few more weeks to get things ironed out.
In any case, I'm looking forward to seeing what Nick has devised to thwart Manziel... and I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing what Sumlin has up his sleeve too!

    GAME ON!

Well I hope you guys kick the Tide all the way back to Alabama.

This will be the first game that you have all of your suspended Defensive starters back right? I wonder how much difference that will make.

Also it will enhance Sumlins reputation and make him even more attractive when Texas comes with an offer to pay him 7M a year to move to Austin!! :)

    Scott, Terry,
You're right I guess we will see. I have to think that Saban with 2 weeks will have Alabama prepared for Manziel. I think that means that Manziel will be forced to beat Alabama using his arm not his feet. He is a fine passer but we meet many fine passers, what we don't see is runners like Manziel. Hopefully we will have a good game that sees the best of both teams. Roll Tide.

I will be rooting for A&M in this game but Saban is next to remarkable when given a little extra time to prepare for a game. I don't see Alabama losing this one boys...

And we will get to watch it all with Johnny Cam...

CBS to have Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel covered with 'Johnny Cam'

I think Bama's offense will score points on that Aggie D.... but Bama's defense will not be able to entirely hold off the Manziel offense.

More of a shoot-out than not.

If Kevin Sumlin is able to pullout a victory against the Tide he needs to be considered for coach of the year. With all the Manziel distractions, media and a Nick Saban lead football team that has had two weeks plus every practice in-between to figure a way to beat the Aggies he would become the hottest coach out there....

It may take $9 million Terry.... :p

    I agree Ralph.

Only Manziel's sheer will and athleticism keeps it close.

    Scott,
Hopefully we have a good, well played game. Obviously, I hope Alabama wins but I would like to win with A&M completely healthy and having a well played game. We'll talk after the game.

Nothing personal, but I really would like to see A&M stomp the Tide...Manziel to have his best game ever, etc!!

I do hope it's a clean game, good officiating, and everybody comes out healthy..just some really bruised egos over on the Tide side! :twisted:j

But realistically I do expect the Tide to win.

Unlike last year, the Tide doesn't come out in a coma after their big game vs LSU. As it was after going down by 3 TD's Bama almost caught the ags. I'm taking Bama by 14.

What a terrible Targeting call. It wasn't even a penalty and the player was scheduled for ejectionn? It's a horseshit rule!

Been there done that with Bama. Fast start which they withstand then coming on strong.

35-14 Bama, it will take a miracle for the Aggies to win now.
