    A graphic accompanying the article showed that Donovan, Kent, Leitao (UVA), Lickliter (Butler), and Thompson III all received 1 vote each.

    He was just given a 7 year extension. Attendance at games has doubled this year. I knew they were a different team as they beat Gonzaga which had always considered them a certain win. They won both games against the Huskies for the first time in many years. The game in Seattle had as many Cougar fans as the Huskies.

    Kes was so sure of the "Coug it" syndrome, he wouldn't even respond when I told him his team was looking good early in the season.

    No... they didn't win the PAC, but I don't think there was a more deserving coach than WSU's for CotY.
