The NCAA has declared USC WR Dwayne Jarrett ineligible. The preseason first-team All American was found to have not paid enough rent while living in a home financed primarily by the father of ex-teammate Matt Leinart. "This summer, USC will apply for Jarrett's reinstatement of eligibility and hope for a decision prior to the start of the season," USC spokesman Tim Tessalone said. Jarrett could miss two games if he agrees to repay the rent money, none if he is reinstated, or the entire season if he is denied his eligibility. These are the people who're openly wondering in the LA Times why Tommy Z didn't pay for a sandwhich he ate in an interview with a Times reporter. Why doesn't the Times investigate ALL of the Trog players and find out what their living arrangements are BEFORE this next season starts? Inquiring minds want to know... .............JO'Co
