Charlie Weis has done an outstanding job of recruiting since he became coach. He has a lot of critics out there, but I see him as very successful in the long run. I think similar about Randy Shannon at Miami except that we need another year or two to see if he continues to recruit well. If so then I see both these guys around for a long time.
