    Unreal, I guess at 6. 9" and 6' 10" they thought no one would recognize them and they could just blend in.

    Hope there is more to the story.

    They took the team manager with them to act as a lookout? All that did was guarantee the police had an eyewitness who would cut a deal to rat them out. Fifty years from now, they'll meet someone who will ask, "Wow, you're pretty tall...did you ever play basketball?" They will answer, "no."
