Who made this memorable quote? "Gentlemen, it is better to have died as a young boy than to fumble this football."
Nope... What if I added that he coached the most one sided football game in the history of college football?
Wohooo!!! The Jifster got it. John Heisman's Georgia Tech team beat Cumberland College 222-0 in 1916 motivated by revenge for Cumberland's defeat over Tech's baseball team 22-0. OK... ready for the next one???
Don't have to go back so far for this one... Who made this quote: "Don't wait to be a great man. Be a great boy."
for a number of years the Brown game day football program had the Tech/ cumberland as a trivia question. ( no didnt attend..listened on my crystal set!)
With the hint "Influences around Corey in the past...", I though people might go as far back as Cali. But it did refer to Des his Ex, an Auburn fan. Terry nailed it.
OK, it sounds to me likeCLK at Tennessee subscribes to this theory but it is not his quote. Who said: Motivation is simple... You eliminate those who are not motivated.
