    closest I came to a marathon was 5 mile runs during basic training at Ft Bliss!!

    How about that idiot who left a backpack unattended near the finish line last week some time, what happened to him. Did he ever make a statement as to what demented reason he had for doing that?

    just had occasion to call an 800 number...turned out to be Michigan. Find it hard to believe the operator never heard of what happened at last years marathon..in fact..she never heard of the Boston Marathon!! What a country!
