How many coaches has Pitt had in the last month? I'm losing count.

What a sad thing for all involved, Haywood loses the chance of a lifetime. He may never be able to get a decent job coaching again. All because he can't control his temper. It's sad for the child involved, it's sad for the woman who was assualted, it's sad for Pitt.

I'm wondering if Pitt will wait until RR is fired at UM and snatch him up or offer the coach at Tulsa the gig?

Pitt handled this properly. Fast and decisive.

I know absolutely none of the details of this case. I do know that there are many legitimate DV cases where the men should be thrown under the jail. There are also a small percentage of those cases where it is easier to get a lucrative divorce settlement if charges are brought, real or imagined.

    I won't throw stones when I haven't a clue.

All you have to do is look at who their AD is....

Too late, the stain will still be there.

BTW you guys remember Julio Lugo? Do you remember his wife accused him of assault, happened when she was driving him to a game. Cops came and arrested him in the dugout. To say the Astros dumped him fast is an understatement. Later she recounted, but it didn't get him his job or good name back.

Don't think for a second I am not suggesting that he didn't do this.

The answer is, I don't know.

I dunno if you know this but the company I work for also does a father's rights/family rights group on the side.

If I had a nickle for every time I've seen dad railroaded over allegations that later proved to be unfounded, I'd be a wealthy man by now.

If I had 10 cents for every working stiff holding a good job with benefits who can rarely see his children because he divorced a woman who was having local home boys run trains on her and THEN putting the videos out on the net later.. OH, and the children were present.... I'd be a VERY wealthy man.

I almost fell into a trap once. Was invited over to drive back to Decatur and drop off some books for Carson. I was told if the lights were out, the knock on the back window. The lights were out, I knocked on the back window and it shattered to the touch. I realized what was up, left the books at the back door step and GTFO of Dodge...

We live in a society in which men are painted with an ugly broad brush stroke when the reality is.. the monster ratio is 50-50.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but just from personal experience.. and the additional experience of roughly 500+ custody cases a year, I'd say that you need to see what all can be proven. Until I see what's proven, I don't believe sh*t.
