Members, Why did Notre Dame go out and lay it all out on the field to win their last game of the season when there was not a big difference between 3 – 9 and 2 – 10? The answer is PRIDE. They wanted their last week in 2007 to be remembered as a week where the Fighting Irish seniors went out with a victory. This week’s contest only has 45 points available. Even at that, there are several positions in the top 25 that are up for grabs. Because of the “Drop the lowest score” rule that kept many members in the competition, the final week’s scores will not affect the top 10. That has already been set. However, get those picks in for the pride of winning out in the last week. Finish strong even if you are out of the top 25. After the previous lowest scores are added back in (all higher than the maximum available this week), the top 10 will be: 1st 2068 AJNJ 2nd 2067 Gator Bill 3rd 2018 La D Vol 4th 2006 Needsajob 5th 2001 JO’Co 6th 2000 Tennessee Tom 7th 1992 Stu’s Cat 8th 1987 Don Ballard 9th 1973 wzt 10th 1967 IrishHoosier
Only 17 have make their picks so far. No friday game this week so we have until 11:55 a.m. central time on Saturday to get those picks in.
I'm thinking this week will help me, since I missed the week in Miami. While you guys are all dropping this week, I'll be gaining 50 points!!! I can still win this thing!!!
