What has happened to Michigan in this game?

I can't believe the Wolverines have disappeared in The Game for so many years running.

UM is certainly not making anyone up in economically devasted SE Michigan feel any better about their plight.

Well maybe "Tresselball" will keep the Wolverines in the game! But really after watching some of the Wisconsin game you guys should pretty much have your way with them if the weather doesn't go south and you play in horrible conditions.

Don't expect too many passes from Pryor. We have several good tailbacks and Tressel will run, run and run, unless they can stop our rushing game.

Time of possession and absence of turnovers will win this game!

I am still a bit antsy about this game. Wolverines can go all out and take chances to win the game. Nothing to lose in my opinion.

It is THE (pun intended) rivalry game.....anything can and has happened. Just win baby.....

Don, you are right, we have pounded two defenses in consecutive weeks with the power running game that are much more physical than M's.....they will get a solid dose and if they can't deal with, they will then get some more.....

in all seriousness, I am concerned that the wee Tater is going to get hurt. I just don't think he is going to be able to stand up to the physical pounding that he will take in this game.....

The front four are better for sure.....players back from injuries, bringing more depth and a year older, wiser and stronger. Keeps the LB's clean and free to run to the ball and enables us to get a lot of pressure without bringing blitzers.....so as a unit, I think we are better as a result, but we don't have a Laurinaitis or a Jenkins in this group of LB's and DB's, just a bunch of good solid disciplined football players.

fyi, I don't like it.....apparently JT let the kids vote on it and they thought it was cool and wanted to do, so be it.....I still don't like it. I think I'm getting old....

It's not the color of the helmet... It's what lies between the ear holes.

"Drama....who needs drama.....we're gonna play football and forget the damn drama".....RR Sept. '09

I think UM has the same mentality this Sat.

OSU has the Rose and the Big Ten locked up and they are ripe:

    UM 27 OSU 24

The Buckeyes are so overconfident and dismissive of us that the Dead Schembechlers are now writing songs about USC. And O'Keefe is piling on.
One can only hope that history repeats iself and that Goliath takes a rock between his eyes just as he did in 1969.

    Bobda,

the 69 game was my old man's last fooball radio broadcast for WBNS the voice of the Buckeyes.....he was crushed. If you listen closely to the radio broadcast you can hear him pounding on the table of the press box....that was a helluva team Bo and his boys took down that year. May have been one of the best, if not the best, in my lifetime. Great job by Bo and his boys.....

I don't expect a repeat tho.....this version of the Buckeyes is nowehere near as strong as that one....!

I have seen and expect anything and everything in this series.....I expect another brawl with a little added spice given the Boren connection, Tater's "guarantee and our kids thoughtful wish to deny their counterparts on the dark side a bowl visit.....just win baby.

This evening many OSU students will jump into Mirror Lake on campus, to take part in a long time ritual, preceeding the Michigan game.

Unfortunalely following this ritual, eight fold parts of ammonia seem to appear in the water. (Urine)

It is a fun time but I would not want to open my mouth in the water.

Don you probably don't watch South Park, but they have an episode on just that...peeing in the pool. It's as usual funny and disgusting. :)
