What a beautiful story. My life is better for having read it. I got him in the CBS college game draft and have been playing him ahead of Zac Robinson. He's the reason I sat Tim Tebow when I played Scott, not realizing that A&M had a bye that week. I will follow his career with great interest.
He'll get his chance this weekend. He goes against Ryan Mallet and the piggies aren't packing (at least not that I can tell) a great defense. But he's so far played pretty medicore competition in New Mexico (0-4), Utah St (1-2) and UAB (1-3). Still can't believe Scott's not going to that game. Also I had no idea that he was that big 6'6" 240lbs...that's a big QB. I hope he has a great game, I love to see the piggies squeal!
Corey beat me to posting that story. (Thanks!) It's good to know there are still good kids around, and I'm proud that JJ is an Aggie. I'm not going to the game as a protest against the insane price gouging our AD seems to think is appropriate. A huge number of the seats for this game are $300 EACH. I love CFB, but that is crazy. I assure you I will be watching!
I knew our O line still had issues, but this is awful. Every play was a jailbreak. Arkansas' secondary was ripe to be torn up on deep balls, but there was no chance to throw it with our horrid blocking. We've still got a long way to go. I sure hope Jerrod survives to enjoy it when these pups are at least decent...
