    I have no idea what is going on with Joel's computer and have given up on helping him with this issue. One minute he can log on as this topic shows. The next minute he can't. I suggest a fix and he says it works and then a minute later, I receive a message stating it no longer works.

    I am able to log into his account... Bill is able to log into his account... We can both do this without fail any number of times. There is nothing wrong with his Skybox account.

    Anyone have any ideas??? Don't ask him to send screen shots. He can't get paint to work and only has word pad (can't paste pictures) for a word processor.
