LOL, but the view of Juarez is breath taking from the top row. (this message paid for by the USC Sports Information Dept)
Ga. Tech looks better than I expected. They usually don't do well in bowl games because the opposing DCoord has several weeks to prepare for his offense.
USC looks weaker than I thought...... Maybe the PAC 12 isn't all that great this year because the ACC is terrible.
Today will go down in college football history. The much maligned ACC dominated two of the best teams in the Pac12 and the SEC.
I don't know about you guys, but I enjoyed the hell out of today.. no matter how bad it screwed me in the contest.. I enjoyed the hell out of it.
 The Trojans were wonderfully pitiful today. I've seen them do this before. If you remember the Freedom Bowl that used to be played at Anaheim Stadium, then you must remember their previous "most disgraceful bowl performance." Back then, they bitched and moaned about having to play "lowly" Fresno State. They said they were "embarrassed" to be in such a low bowl, so of course Fresno kicked their arse. I remember Curtis Conway quitting the team at halftime of that game. He simply took off his helmet and shoulder pads and refused to play, telling the coaches that he "didn't want to risk his NFL future" playing in a college game. On the way home, AD Mike Garrett fired head coach Larry Smith right there on the bus in front of the whole team. Yes, those were the good old days......until today. All week long, Trojan players were tweeting and texting how "embarrassed" they were to be spending the holidays in the armpit of the world: El Paso, Texas. It was also embarrassing to be forced to play an ACC team with a losing record... I could see this coming...all the stars and planets were lining up for Fresno II. I knew I should have picked Georgia Tech when I saw Little Kiffin take the field. He was shivering, and he had his hoodie up, wearing dark sunglasses...he looked like the unibomber. His team also had their jackets on, shivering in the cold, and looking like they'd rather be somewhere else... Like back in South Central smoking a doob and hustling freshmen for beer money... Talk about a team that mailed one in! Holy cow! They had ten first downs and eight punts! They became the first preseason #1 to lose six games! Nice effort! Mark May on ESPN summed it up best, "On Georgia Tech's 65 yard punt return, THREE Trojan players WALKED down the field after the ballcarrier." It doesn't get any better than that sportsfans, except maybe in the Italian Army... BTW- after the game, Robert Woods announced that he's turning pro... ..........Curtis Conway's Army......JO'Co
oh stop! this is all so delicious. Let me digest my breakfast before you put anything this delicious on the plate.
 There's more... How transparently bad is the USC situation? Before the game, Mrs. JO'Co says to me, "You know that Barkley isn't really hurt?" YES! It was that obvious! He bruised his shoulder against UCLA. The doctors CLEARED him to play against Notre Dame on Thursday of the following week, and Little Kiffin told the media that it was 50-50 whether he would play or not. It was Barkley who chose not to play against Notre Dame and it was Barkley again who chose not to play in the Sun Bowl. The workouts for NFL teams are in two weeks and he'll be just fine for those... ..........The Ghost of Curtis Conway Present......JO'Co
