While watching the snooze fest btw FSU and NIU last night ESPN put up a graphic showing that NIU had the easiest schedule in he country in terms of opponent's winning percentage but at the same time they had the top three hardest listed also with Florida's schedule listed as the no. 1 toughest schedule.

I think UF will more than handle the Cards tonight..... 37 17.... and finish 2nd in the Final BCS.

They keep talking up the Louisville QB as one of the best QB's in the country. So maybe the game will be more interesting than that Orange Bowl game.

I think the game could be interesting if Florida plays down to the level of competition like they sometimes do.

However.... I have only one bowl game example of Muschamp's bowl prep abilities and last year's Gator bowl was a pretty good outing for the Gators so I'll go with that.

No seriously... Elam is calling the Lou's QB the best QB they've seen all year. Then who did we just give the Heisman to?

The mind numbing ******** marketing scheme that is SEC football just kills me at times.

Heard that on ESPN.... and I think Murray and Manziel and I have to disagree with him.

Bridgewater is a pretty good QB, but I guaranty there aren't a lot of folks who would take him over Manziel...

Corey, I don't understand the underlined text above and how the two relate. Louisville is not in the SEC. Help me out here.

I believe he's saying that Louisville is being built up BECAUSE they are playing an SEC team.

    Probably true, and nothing unusual.

As if Corey never heard Lou talk about ANY team ND was playing...

    Scott covered it.

Everything they do is just the greatest thing ever. Every contest is this epic clash of titans.

When Bama plays Michigan. It's Michigan dammit.. Go Blue, Hail to the Victors, the most winning program in college football history.

When ND plays them, they are that team Alabama whacked.. which is just fine... EXCEPT

When SCAR plays them, they are the Michigan that Alabama played...not just 'that team.'

    Excuse me but... huh?

Tonight we have Florida vs the Lou.. an absolute snoozer of a game. We heard from the moment that 'Manziel beat Alabama' that he was the clear best QB in the game.. but now an SEC team that played and beat Manziel is saying this dude from the Big East is the best QB they've faced all year? Again, huh?

None of this goes checked. The BS runs wide and far from CBS to ABC/ESPN. It's just mind numbing. It's all hype and marketing.

I agree... this should be a snoozer of a game.
But I don't blame the SEC for building it up.
They might get a few more folks to tune in... for the first 10 minutes.
    After that...

(I wish the Aggies were playing Louisville... I'd give 21 points!)
    :)

I don't mind a snoozer as long as it favors the Gators.

MCG, there is no more BCS vote, the coaches poll is obligated to have the winner as number one. And since we trailed Oregon in that poll we may not finish 2nd if we win.

But no big deal to me, just win Gators and it will be one of our more successful years.

Scott (or really anyone) if you're looking for a place to discuss the game, you know where to go :) It's already there waiting for you.

Doesn't look to be a snoozer with Louisville going up by 2 TDs... or it could be a snoozer in the opposite direction everyone thought.

For me it will be a snoozer either way. I have a low grade fever, 99.5 and feel washed out. Hitting the bed soon.

    Thanks Sid.

Dave, if you had thoughts of Louisville winning, you could have told me!

    Hope you feel better Tom.

I'm not feeling so well right now myself, but for other obvious reasons.

I don't know who those guys in the Blue jerseys are. :(

I don't know if I had what you have but it sure made my Christmas Holiday less than it could have been...coughing, sneezing...went through what seemed like a case of Kleenx. Never had any fever, just felt weak.

Bill this seems like the Gator modus, get behind at the half and then watch out in the 2nd half

A little trickery to end the first half...it was big that Louisville didn't have any timeouts to counter it. I thought the Gators just had to go for it under any circumstances...they can't trade FG's for Touchdowns.
