    What did we learn?

    It's all Bush's fault.

Besides that, we got to see a president scold and humiliate the Supreme Court and we saw a Justice talk back to him.

We learned that pork expenditures will now be featured on a web site so we can all see where our money is going. I thought he promised us last year that he would never sign a bill with a single piece of pork in it.

Did you all notice that the applause was very restrained this year? Last year pelosi had the pom poms out and the Dems were jumping up and down in their seats.

That was 70 minutes of my life I can never get back.

Oh I'd say if this President goes through with his political cuts, that it is safe to say we're witnessing 'Carter II electric boogaloo'.

Obama has more support in the 'higher educated' portions of north alabama whose economy is still doing quite well... if he pulls a tit for tat with our local party jumper, a Democrat may not win a single southern state for 30 years.

I know our local democrats insist that Obama will do no such thing. The guys at Marshall Space Flight Center are shitting bricks....

    Makes ya wonder.

    Change baby...

And in their spare time they can look for Bigfoot, the Yehti, and Jackalopes.

The Stars aren't falling on Alabama, they are being thrown at us by the President ...
