    I hope he's right. I would love to see Charlie succeed. To do so he needs to shitcan half of his staff after the season and hire new O-line, strength, special teams coaches and a O-Coordinator.

    Either Charlie is not as smart as he thinks or he has surrounded himself with underachievers.

    And please... no more crying about our youth.

    On all the ND BBs you read " we're young. It takes time to learn the college game" Then you watch Georgia, Florida etc. and very other kid on the field is a freshman or soph.
