I have my wife's cousin's wedding friday night.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

Ha, great series this will be I think, at least the 1st two games. Now am I wrong when I wear my #7 home jersey to still root under my breath if/when Trot bats? I have the worst luck, they don't sign Trot and JD Drew gets #7? I still tell people I loved Nick Esasky.

I want to see the rookie play for JD first game against Sabbathia.

    GO SOX!

Cleveland Indians, my favorite team as a boy.

I have to root for them this time too!

You probably won't be the only one, Fitz. I bet Trot gets another big cheer if not a standing O. He was the ultimate Dirt Dog. His situation reminds me of Dewie going to the Orioles.

Ellsbury would be a good choice in right field in the first game. Get base runners like Coco, Lugo and Jacoby on the bags against Sabathia.

I'm hoping for an exciting series.

First two games could be low scoring, that's for sure.

Years ago, when I was in the 10-12 years age range, I rooted for the Red Sox.

Now I can not remember why?

The Indians come back in extra innings to even the series at Fenway! Park. That was one heck of an 11th inning!

I had given up on them when I went to bed last night.

If Youk's hit falls in the 9th the game's over, but it didn't, and credit Sizemore for making a terrific play on it.

When gas-man Gagne came in I could feel the wheels start to wobble, then Trot took his shot and it all came apart in glorious fashion. You don't leave the door open for that Indian lineup; they're too dangerous.

    ALCS summary to date:
    Game 1 - Cleveland rocked.
    Game 2 - Cleveland rocks.

I'd offer my congratulations, but in reality, the refs hate the Red Sox. Insert gratuitous shot at other readers' favorite ball teams here. 8)

Seriously, congratulations to the Tribe and their fans.
