Time for my annual embarassment...but it is kind of fun to see how many teams I put the hex on by picking them.

There was no configureable option for deadlines so I am not certain if the deadline is before the first game or before each game. My suggestion is to treat it as if it was before the first game and then make changes as you go IF it allows.

Picks are ready to be made. First game is on 17-Dec.

I may play this event once I contact the local voodoo doctor in town. Bowl games are very weird!

Trying to figure out who gets 35 confidence points is very stressful!

I've tried that, Ralph. Maybe it will work for you, but it didn't work for me. I had the voodoo doc make little stick-pin dolls for each of my Skybox brethren who were playing the game.

LOL, Sid that is a great idea :D Do you think the voodoo doctor was a sham or did you just need better stick pin dolls...?

I think he was legit, but I just didn't have the heart to stick the pins in the dolls. I was afraid they might work.

Could they have made the game picking any more difficult. The drag and place feature is a pain in the ass. What's wrong with just filling in the number like we do the rest of the season?
BTW most of the games have small point spreads. More difficult picking than usual.

Gip, same system as last year but I agree, why make it different than the regular season?

Bowl games are hard to pick. Teams that feel lucky to be where they are typically outperform those better teams than think they got the shaft in the bowl selection.

Gip, they did add an option that you probably overlooked. To the right of your pick set, while making your picks, there is a selection for "Drag and Drop" or "Classic". Classic makes it just like picking in the regular season.

Tom, there is an option to use the Classic mode, but the used values don't shade out so it's a pain in the arse to determine which ones have already been used. I didn't want to put that much effort into it, so my 35 is on LSU. Sorry, Kyle.

Yeah kind of a pain no matter what to assign confidence points in 35 games...maybe next year we should do point spread.
