I assume you were at the game and missed Bob Davies brilliant commentary including his take on Martellius Bennett not going to the Neb loss last week. Yes Bob several times referred to the loss at Lincoln last week by the AGs. He also took the players to task for showing up at the press conference to support Fran, said they should focus more on doing what they can do to win rather than get involved with the Fran situation.
Yup, I was there to witness Dennis' genius first hand one more time. I take solace in the knowledge that this is the end. His bags are packed, the for-sale sign is waiting to come up in the yard, The fat lady is fully tuned up... Yeah it took our genius OCoord (Greg Davis) 3 quarters to figure out that 1) you guys were selling out the farm on the blitz and that 2) you were one of the worst rushing defenses in the NCAA and 3) add 1 and 2 together and bingo maybe we should try running the football, just think what might happen if we get past their 9 man blitz!! Oh yeah we have a crack staff. Good thing there is so much talent on Macks teams that it takes a mighty effort to not win 9 games a year.
