Ron Zook and Illinois

    All I heard all week long front the sports media talking heads was how Ron Zook had the Illini going great guns now and on and on about how great their win over Mich St. was. Ron Zook, Ron Zook yada, yada, yada....well they let my lowly Hoosiers(one of the absolute worse teams in all of football) beat them today. O.K.....tell me more about the wonderful Ron Zook and how the Illini will soon be on top of DIV 1 football..right.

    Now we will hear nothing about Mr Zook and the Illini this coming week. It will be all about how Ty Willingham almost, almost, ALMOST pulled off the big upset in trojan land....right...give me a break. 8)

    I kind of feel sorry for Zook, but I will be very surprised if he is still a head coach in 2-3 years. He just doesn't have it in my opinion.

    I agree, Illinois could have done much better on the replacement search.
