One of my favorites. He never disappointed his audience, even dancing out of prison when released. He was also a good Republican...
He was quite a showman that's for sure. Note in the video how lame the white kids are dancing! <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/bs1HUbMCZKc"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/bs1HUbMCZKc" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
RIP. Terry, JB had nothing on me in my teens and early 20s. Back then when it came to dancing I was a black man trapped in a white man's body. Over time, the black man within escaped and the rythm was gone. 8)
You mean you were that Sid? I remember you from Soul Train!! But until now I never made the connection!
Excerpt from the Baker Chronicles... "Okay. It was never easy for me. I was born a poor black child. I remember the days, sittin' on the porch with my family, singin' and dancin' down in Mississippi. " 8)
Opening scene from "The Jerk." One of my all time favorite movies, George. That should tell you something about my sense of humor.
