My ultimate Rock Hero, guitarist, and favorite band. When I needed a lift, I'd slap on some Van Halen, and away we'd go. Saw them 6 times over the years, with all 3 singers. Lou, Bob, now Eddie.....2020 can kiss my ass. Life's getting short.

Was never a big fan of Van Halen to tell you the truth. But he's a HOF Rocker for sure, RIP!

That first VH album was a true game-changer.
No one had ever heard anything like it, and it inspired just about everyone who played guitar.

I was an Eddie Van Halen fan too. His inventions for electric guitar made as much money as the band did. He was special.

Kramer Guitar Company in Neptune, NJ was a customer of ours in the 1980s. I had just moved out here from Ohio in 1979 and was a young service tech on an assignment at Kramer one day when EVH was there. He was a devoted Kramer customer in those days. Someone else posted this photo of him with the owner. I wonder if this was the day I saw him there.... not sure.[IMG]
