:idea: Like the Bob Davie hire at New Mexico, I believe the Rich Rod hire at Arizona will work out OK. In their previous jobs they were buried under many decades of traditions and expectations which made the desired outcomes almost impossible (for them), but their new situations are doable. Arizona gets good talent and the Desert Cat fans will happily accept any offense that works. While Rich Rod (and Davie @ ND) was viewed as a country bumpkin invading the sacred temple at Michigan, he should fit right in at AZ. If anything, he may very well discover that by western standards he's pretty conventional and even a little dull. I think he'll adjust and do just fine.
