A lot of you guys migrated here from Prodigy, as did I. Do you remember what years the Prodigy football board was most active? I was thinking it was around '94 or '95, but am not sure. IF that is accurate... this little community has been around for almost 20 years! Wow!
I checked in to Prodigy in 1994..the year I retired and bought my first computer...shortly there after I met the world famous GONZO, and together we tried to be nice to ND fans..It did not work!
Now let's not be too hard on Jif! I can not remember when I signed on to Prodigy, but Wanda got me going. It had to be in the early 90's.
ND <r><QUOTE><s> </e></QUOTE> that's the biggest crock of crap I've heard in a long time! I was there, I know.<br/> <br/> I'm thinking somewhere around 94-95 when I first came across the prodigy board.</r>
JIF is my advisor, my consiglieri. But I have to watch him closely because, unlike Tom Hagen, he prefers to be a wartime consiglieri. I got on Prodigy in 1994 I think. We were all young and wild. Tempers flew early and often. Remember that psycho from Penn State? I think he has since passed. A couple of guys offered to fly to a neutral airport and settle their business.... Where have the good old days gone?
GENTRY!! Are you calling me a crock of sh**? I never had any use for you!!! Krebsie..the penn state guy was a former disc jockey..I forget his name. He was going to get one of his friends from Rhode Island to "demolish" me LOLOLOL! When I told him you had an "army" bigger then the God father, and would come to my defense, he backed off!!
I don't remember AJ being a "ball of fire". I got on Prodigy in 92. My clear and accurate recollection is that my Big 10 brother has always been temperate in his comments and not the type to stir up controversy.
Are you guys talking about todj = tod = Tod Jeffers? If so, then yes, he passed about five years ago. http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/centredaily/obituary.aspx?pid=124831288
I met AJ (and Rick)... I think that was in 2001 after Kesley's Coogs fell in the Rosebowl. I left with one definite impression: He was a "temperate" fellow.
 Jim joined in 1995 he was the same age as Corey is now. Its amazing to see how this family all still gets along.   AJ is and always will be AJ. and yes AJ I still love you,Jif and George make my day. usually every day. Mike ,Terry, and Sid loved our games. Tim we are all still friends with Gonzo on facebook. Scott and Kes loved meeting you and watching you Corey the Commish Brian and all the youngesters grow and be amazing young men. Dinner with Cindy and Tom =wonderful. You are all still my favorites Like I tell all I love my SKYBOX (prodigy) family. <3
Speaking of Prodigy, am I the only one who still have a Prodigy address? I anticipate that I'll be finally change it for a Vilages address this fall.
Prodigy <t>Jeffers, oh yes Mr Jeffers. I remember him well. Since he has passed I'll leave it be.</t>
Prodigy <t>We did have some fun though back then now that I think about it. Frustrating some times but all in all it was good. Time passes so fast.</t>
