Well he said he'd like to get back on the sideline but only if was a school committed to winning championships. It's an EsPN insider article so you have to be a member to read it. Fulmer back to Coaching?
I'm all for Phil landing on his feet and being successful where ever he goes. He must drop the players coach mentality to become successful elsewhere. I think this led to discipline problems at Tennessee and thus the decline of the program. The best evidence of this is the bowl game losses in the Georgia Dome. Tennessee players felt they deserved a better bowl game and played poorly in those two bowl games losing their arses both times to opponents that should have been blown off the field. Phillip must learn from his mistakes at Tennessee to become a success at Louisville or anywhere else. He had the facilities here. He had the recruits here. He didn't have the discipline.
