But not as a coach. He's a very busy guy. After reading this article, I'm a confirmed Phil Fulmer fan. http://college-football.si.com/2014/02/28/phillip-fulmer-etsu-football/?xid=si_ncaaf
I have always liked Phil Fulmer. There are two memories that I have of him that stick with me. One was when we were camping with our family in the Smoky Mtn National park on the Tennessee side a number of years ago. As I think most of you know my kids went to Florida, are great Gator fans and we have season tickets with our two daughters who went to Florida and their husbands who did also. Any way they went to Gatlinberg to do some shopping and they saw Fulmer in the parking lot. All four of them did the Gator Chomp. Laughing he waved back at them before getting in his car. They loved him for doing that. The other thing I remember is while he and Spurrier were beating each others brains out to win the SEC East and all of you know the kind of needling Spurrier would do. Anyway a reporter while interviewing Fulmer brought up Spurrier and tried to get Fulmer to say something negative. Fulmer said something along the line of leave him alone, Spurrier is a class act. I am glad to see he is back working with the sport he loves and like he said about Spurrier, Fulmer is a class act.
